Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement.

 

This workshop is for those who have completed Level 1 (First Degree) of Reiki and want to deepen your experience and expand on your skills.

In this class you will learn:

​

Reiki II Symbols.

Japanese Reiki Techniques including Distance Reiki.

How to use Reiki for specific conditions.

How to set up a Reiki practise.

​

An attunement will be received to empower the use of the Reiki II Symbols.

You will experience a guided meditation to meet your Reiki Guide.

There will be opportunity to practise what you have learned.

Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1
